We learnt lots about different sea creatures and enjoyed some water play. Under the Sea was our theme for January. We then started learning about Spring and our caretaker Gerry very kindly brought us to the  garden to sow some seeds. We’re taking good care of our plants and they are starting to grow! In the middle of learning about Spring we got some surprise snow that we enjoyed playing outside in! Our Spring display board looks so bright and colourful from all our hard work. We have had a great few weeks and Ms Dunne, Margaret and Barbara are so proud of all the hard work from the boys and girls!

We made some lovely artwork and had lots of festive fun. Our highlight of this term has to be Santa’s visit all the way from the North Pole!

We went on an Autumn walk to collect leaves.We also created some beautiful Autumn art for our display board for everyone to see!
We had great fun celebrating Halloween in our class. We dressed up in our costumes and had some treats!.

We enjoyed making hot chocolates, sausage rolls, pancakes, beans on toast, gingerbread men, and pizza.
We enjoyed some non-uniform days at World book day and Lá glás. ​
We got our fingers very green and planted a variety of seeds. We planted carrots, cress, lavender, strawberries, and lemon balm.
We had lots of fun on our Infant school tour. We went to Tullamore playground and then to Tullamore Playtown.
We had lots of fun in the sun on Sports day. Our Active School’s team put a lot of effort when setting up our Junior Sports Day. Well done everyone. ​
