Following their excellent season in the Cumann na mBunscól hurling championship, our school hurlers gathered together to celebrate with their mentors Mr. Begley, Ms. Gilbert & Gerry.
Our Senior Hurlers were extremely competitive in their championship this year and made it to the semi-final of their group. They hurled with great skill, passion and determination and were idyllic representatives of our school jersey.
They celebrated together this week in the halla with their mentors and a few treats thrown in too! As their coach Mr. Begley was part of the successful Éire Óg Corra Choill team who won the Senior B championship recently, the guest of honour was the winning cup - something which we hope our hurlers will aspire to lift in years to come!
