We had a very exciting week in SALÍ with two of our U11 teams in Cumann na mBunscol finals last week. Our boys and girls U11 teams both had to make the trip to Hawkfield last week to compete in these finals.
On Tuesday our boys were in the final against a strong Miltown side. Unfortuantely the game didn't go their way but this team represented SALÍ with pride all through the competition and everyone is proud of them.
Wednesday, it was the girls turn. After a comprehensive campaign, the girls were faced with Ballycane in the final. Thankfully, they kept their nerve after a comeback from Ballyclane to lift the cup. Well done girls!
