Scoil an Linbh Íosa managed to reach the final after an enthralling encounter with Ballysax National School on Monday the 25th May. Both sides were inseparable throughout and extra time was needed to determine who would reach the final. Our boys showed tremendous courage, heart and determination during the game and ended up winning on a scoreline of 2-11 to 1-10. Parents and teachers present at the game were very proud of our young heroes who now have to play the final tomorrow (Tuesday 26th) in Moorefield G.A.A. at 2:00. Kilcullen National School will be the opposition and it promises to be a momentous occasion. Please come along and support our great team as they bid to bring the cup back home to Prosperous!
