We are working towards our Active Flag and in an effort to get the whole school moving, we've decided to stop, drop and move it, everyday at 11.50 a.m. Here's a taste of what the senior classes we were up to today. Ms. Lavin's class headed off for a walk.
Ms Swords', Ms. Kavanagh's and Ms. Shortt's were busting out their best Zumba moves.
Ms. Kiely's were rocking a conga line! Ms. Kiely included.
Mr. O Sullivan's were at bootcamp with squats and lunges on the agenda.
Ms. O'Rourke's were trying out some stretches.
Ms. Byrne's class, including Ms. Byrne herself, were running, jogging and marching around the All Weather Pitch.
