And it's back!!! At long last, we can resume normality with our Christmas Concert and this year we had a packed hall with an audience that enjoyed a tremendous show last night. Junior Infants, First Class, Third Class, Fifth Class, Sixth Class and The Choir all stole the show last night!
The Choir started the show and got our feet tapping with a medley of hits. What a way to open the show with our first choir since 2020!
This was quickly followed by Junior Infants who took us to fairytale land where the 'Three Little Pigs' were hard at work building houses while keeping an eye out for the mischievous wolf. These little animals sure did have the cute factor!
Next up was First Class who presented their play “Born In A Barn.” There was a good deal of commotion in a Bethlehem stable when the animals woke up and
realised that there was a baby in the barn! There were many different animal visitors to the barn that night!
Third Class acted out 'Little Red Riding Hood' and what a show it was! Although set in the deep, dark woods, this was something we had never seen before. Enjoy this out-of-the ordinary story!
On stage next was Fifth Class with their self-scripted performance of 'The Best Bits of Christmas.' This part of the show focused on the children favourite parts of Christmas and was completly self-directed - what an achievement!
Sixth Class closed the show with a trip down memory lane with their production of 'Christmas Number Ones.' They entertained us with some popular Christmas number ones from the previous decades - a great way to end the show!
