 | Scoil an Linbh Íosa held the Intel Mini Scientist Exhibition in school today. The children from 4th, 5th and 6th classes had the opportunity to participate. |
In groups or individually, they had to develop a science related project. These were then exhibited at a fair in the hall where all classes came to view their work. Of course the VIP guests were the all important judges from Intel.
Congratulations to the winners The Importance of Fresh Air in our Classroom. Tidal Energy came second with Bouncing Balls coming third.
Well done to all the children who took part and received a science goody bag. The winning project goes on to take part in the Mini Scientist Regional Final event with the possibility of continuing on to the Grand Final event.
