Everyone in Scoil an Linbh Íosa is delighted to announce that all the hard work paid off and we have attained an active flag! Our 10 @ 10, morning movements initiative and in class exercise regimes have all been worth it! See video attached.
What better timing to achieve this prestigious flag than at the end of a super Active Week where the children enthusiastically took part in a vast amount of activities. The children danced, played soccer and tennis, walked, jogged and ran the 'block' among other brilliant activities while the sun shone in our favour. A big thank you to Ms. Byrne for all her hard work preparing the week's events and for the great effort made to get our active flag.
