Our Special Olympian - Ruarí

​Ruarí will be participating in the Special Olympics Ireland Games, representing the Eastern Region, from June 14th to 17th.
​Ruarí won through the Area heats and then through the Regional heats to get to the finals. He will be one of 403 athletes representing the Eastern Region in the Morton Stadium, Santry.
Ruarí's events are the 25m run and the Stand Long Jump.

We wish Ruarí the best of luck in the Special Olympics.

Update:
We have a champion! Ruarí won a gold medal in the 25m run a silver medal in the stand long jump! Well done Ruarí, everyone is so proud of you!
