The children of Propsperous have shown great care and kindness to the homeless of Kildare.
Each class filled a box with soaps and wipes, gloves and socks, shampoo and brushes. Some people gave sweets and treats too.There were even a few sleeping bags and blankets.
There was a huge response. Yesterday, Gerry and Ms Hetherton delivered 16 boxes to the Peter McVerry Trust in Newbridge. They were delighted to receive them and send a big THANK YOU to everyone in the school for their lovely thoughtfulness and they wish the families of Prosperous a very Happy Christmas.
