On the last day before the Halloween break, each student took to the paths of Prosperous dressed in their most terrifying attire. Prior to this walk, the children collected sponsorship to help fund resources for our PE store and team sports.
On this cool crisp morning, the sixth class led our walk with their Junior infant partners. At regular intervals, each class set off on their journey around the village. Unfortuantley, the weather was against us and some classes did a brief walk down to Spar before returning to school. The most horrifying creatures could be seen roaming the streets, from witches and wizards to ghosts and even Donald Trump made an appearance. The children sang songs and were greeted by many adults along our route!
