Engineer's Week - Ms. Mahoney

On Friday 10th March the children in Ms. Mahoney's 3rd class took part in Engineers Week. A visitor from Intel spoke to the class about engineering. The children saw the protective clothing worn in Intel and 2 lucky children got to try on the clothes. Next the children were challenged to build bridges in teams using lollipop sticks, string, blu tack and paper clips. 

The children had a great time learning about engineering for the day and there are definitely some mini engineers in 3rd class.
