Parent Teacher Association - Notice of AGMWednesday 24th September 2014 at 8pm
Dear parents/guardians It's AGM time again and we need you there! This is your opportunity to hear what we have been up to over the last year and forward any ideas you may have for the coming year. 2013/2014 was a very busy year with cake sales, Santa's visit, Communion party, to mention a few! The financial report for 2013/2014 will be presented at the meeting and will be posted on the school website www.prosperousns.ie Printed copies will be available from the school office. The AGM is also the time when the new committee is elected. If you have never joined before (or even if you have) why not consider joining this year? You can join without needing to hold down a specific office. There are no special qualifications required and it is a great opportunity to be involved first hand with the school and to meet other parents/guardians. New members are always needed to ensure the same high level of activities and services can be provided from year to year. If you would like to join but can't come to the AGM, another parents/guardian may nominate you at the meeting. After the meeting parents will be given a tour of the all-weather area and the new building.
