Prosperous' good run of form continued following another win today (Wednesday) over Scoil Uí Riada, Kilcock.
A slow start left the team trailing within the first 15 minutes but confidence remained high with the team down by only two points at half time.
A strong start to the second half saw us go four points ahead within seven minutes. The backs put in a brilliant performance to keep Kilcock's scoring opportunities to a minimum.
More points followed for Prosperous, coming from all over the pitch with a handful of goals also notched onto the scoreboard, thanks to Daniel Lynam, Lauren Judge and Kevin Bagnell.
When the final whistle blew, our hard work and great play saw us walk away winners on a score of 3-06 to 1-05.
Our next outing will see close rivals Caragh travelling to Prosperous, with the date yet to be finalised.
