Ms. Shortt's class have become somewhat experts in the field of yoga. A very calm atmosphere can be sensed in the classroom if you enter during yoga time. All the children are able to perform some simple yoga moves and always look forward to this relaxing time during their school day!

We had a very exciting day last week. We went on a Teddy Bear's picnic with our shared reading partners - sixth class. We all brought in our favourite teddy bears and packed our bags and headed to Gerry's garden. We walked with our sixth class partners while singing songs and chatting to shorten the journey. When we got the garden we played lots of different games - duck duck goose, rugby and many more. We sat together and ate our lunch with our friends. We had a great day!

We had a great day on our school tour. We visited the playbarn and Stone Brook Farm. We played in the ball pen and climbed up high in the playbarn. We met some animals and even got to pet some goats and guinea pigs. We ate our lunch together on straw bales. One of our favourite parts was the bus journey with our friends.
