It's time for a student council election and we have four excellent candidates in the running in our classroom. They made some excellent speeches and we have huge respect for them for getting up in front of their classmates to tell us what they want the future of our school to be like. Well done everybody! Congratulations and very well done to all the children who participated in the Intel Mini Scientist Competition. A wide variety of interesting topics were investigated from binary code to oobleck. Congratulations to Eve and Muireann from Ms Rogers’ 5th Class who will be representing the school in this years Mini Scientist Competition with their project “How to Help Save the Planet with Plant Based Fertilisers”. Well done  We have been so lucky to be working with Mr. Molloy on coding recently and have learned so much. We worked on coding using the MakeCode platform. Check us out below! |
